Passionate about equity-centred and imaginative approaches to data collection and analysis, Maya helps clients tell meaningful stories about their learning, growth, and impact. As a facilitator, she and evaluation educator, Maya prioritizes tangible, fun, and applied strategies so learners can bring concepts right into their everyday practice.

 

Jennica Nichols

Director & Senior Consultant, AND implementation

Jennica is a credentialed evaluator with over 16 years of experience using mixed methods to solve complex health and knowledge translation problems. Passionate about making evaluations meaningful, useful, and reciprocal through arts-based techniques, Jennica helps clients and learners build their evaluative thinking skillsets. As a facilitator, Jennica prioritizes real-world examples, problem-solving, and solutions to help evaluators add more creative tools their toolboxes.
