About the Group

As a volunteer member of our Early Career Evaluators’ Group, you will play an important role in shaping the future of evaluation for early career professionals. What You’ll Gain

Networking: Connect with peers and experienced professionals working in evaluation
Collaboration Experience: Work with others on projects that make a difference and contribute to the development of the evaluation community in the UK
Skills Development: Build your experience in project management, communication, and leadership.

  • Ideally, people with a few years’ professional experience. You could be a recent graduate or you may have moved to a new role where evaluation plays a significant part, having previously worked in data science, research or policy or programme management.
  • Individuals from any sector or background who are passionate about evaluation, collaboration and professional development.
  • We’re keen to hear from people who have taken a non-degree or degree route to becoming an evaluator.
  • People who are committed to taking part in regular online meetings. You will need to be available a couple of hours per month for approximately six months.
